RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In stock or ready to ship purchases are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days.
Made to order items, commissions or custom made pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.
All items returned must be approved prior to shipping back. Please email me with your order number to confirm and a return shipping address will be sent back to you. Please note all costs related to return including duty and taxes must be paid by the customer.
Please return in its original packaging with tracking. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged.
We will issue a refund as soon as the return has been reviewed and approved by our team. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10-14 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
